Booking and Cancellation

Booking

• All bookings must be made through our website or official contact channels
• A deposit may be required for certain services
• Accurate vehicle information must be provided

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
• Full charge for no-shows

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit cards
• Bank transfers
• Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Payment is required at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

Service Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with our service:

• Report issues within 24 hours of service completion
• We will inspect and address any concerns
• Free touch-up service if necessary

Liability

While we take utmost care with your vehicle:

• We are insured for any damage caused during service
• Pre-existing damage must be reported before service
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions
